Can I connect multiple accounts from the same platform?

Absolutely! You can connect unlimited accounts from each platform. For example, you can manage 10 different Instagram accounts, 5 TikTok profiles, multiple Facebook pages, and several LinkedIn company pages—all for different clients or the same client. There are no limits on the number of accounts you can connect.

Is my data safe when I connect my accounts?

Absolutely. We use official OAuth connections and never store your passwords. All data is encrypted with 256-bit encryption, and we're SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Can I schedule posts in advance?

Yes! Schedule posts days, weeks, or months in advance. Our calendar view makes it easy to plan your entire content strategy.

Do I need specific account types to connect my social media?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for most platforms. Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads): You must have a Professional (Business or Creator) account. LinkedIn: You need to be an admin of a Company Page or Organization. Reddit: Any account type works. Snapchat: Currently, we support Analytics only for Snapchat.

Does NovaSpark support posting to Snapchat?

Not yet. Currently, our Snapchat integration is for Analytics only, allowing you to track performance. Posting capabilities are on our roadmap.

Is there a mobile app?

A dedicated mobile app is coming soon! In the meantime, NovaSpark is fully optimized for mobile web. You can log in via Chrome or Safari on your phone to schedule posts, check analytics, and reply to messages on the go.

What are the file size and format limits?

We support high-quality uploads. Images: JPG and PNG (up to 10MB). Videos: MP4 and MOV (up to 1GB). Note: Our built-in Smart Media Validator will automatically warn you if your file's aspect ratio (e.g., 9:16 vs 16:9) is incorrect for the selected platform.

Can I edit a post after I have scheduled it?

Yes. You can edit any scheduled post up until the moment it is published.

How do time zones work for scheduling?

We handle time zones automatically. The scheduler adapts to your local time zone, so if you set a post for 9:00 AM, it will post at 9:00 AM your time.

Can I export my analytics reports?

No, we do not currently support exporting analytics (PDF/CSV). This feature is coming soon.

We provide four standard roles: Admin, Manager, Creator, and Viewer. Customization: You can fully customize the permissions for each of these roles. Custom Roles: You can also create entirely new roles (e.g., "Intern" or "Freelancer") with specific permissions to fit your workflow.

Why do I have to reconnect my social accounts periodically?

For your security, platforms like Meta and LinkedIn expire their connection tokens every 60-90 days, or if you change your password. NovaSpark will notify you via email and dashboard alerts when a connection needs to be refreshed. This is a standard security requirement from the platforms.

Will using Automations get my account banned?

No. NovaSpark uses only Official APIs authorized by Meta, LinkedIn, and others. We strictly adhere to their rate limits to keep your account safe. We do not use "grey" methods like botting or scraping.

We do not have a free forever plan. However, we offer a 3-day trial (no commitment required) so you can test the platform's full capabilities before subscribing.
